Wallenpaupack House with private dock!! Get away on the lake in this 4-Bedroom and 2-bathroom house. Sleeps 8 with a full kitchen and living room area. High speed internet/Wi-Fi. Large deck with propane grill, large eating area & sitting area. Private dock, with no steps to the lake. (Wide stone pathway) BYOB ( Bring your own boat) or you can rent pontoon boats, speed boats or wave runners from local marinas to park at the dock. There are security cameras on the exterior house for the protection of the property. There are no cameras inside the house that affect privacy. Renter Requirements: Primary renter must be 30 years of age with the proof of photo ID. Only exception to the required age would be families with children. There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
