There is an extra $150 hot tub fee per stay if you are planing to use the hot tub.House Rules:Primary Tenant Age: The primary tenant making the reservation must be at least 30 years old and must be physically present at the property during the stay. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Entry will be denied, and refunds will not be granted for parties not meeting this requirement.Occupancy Limit: The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We can allow parties of up to 8 guests for an additional fee of $100 per person per night.Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.Linens and Towels: Linens and towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.Check-In: Check-in time is at 4 P.M.; Check-out time is at 11 A.M.Non-Smoking Policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking.
