Luxurious Wally Lake House Luxurious Lake House located just up the hill from Lake Wallenpaupack. Enjoy the large back patio, fire pit, and bbq grill during a warm summer day. Also, soak in your own personal 6 person hot tub with scenic views faced towards the lake. Off the street parking on the drive thru driveway. The house features a fully updated kitchen with breakfast bar. The dinning room table seats 8 people. The living room has a wrap around couch, TV, and fireplace. Fire wood can be provided for use with the fireplace and fire pit for a fee. The back patio includes seating for 10 and a gas grill. The hot tub seats 6 guests and is located indoors with a large patio door so it can be enjoyed year round without obstructing your scenic views towards the lake. There is also a washer and dryer in the house in the event you need to wash clothes during an extended stay. The home comes equipped with a keyless entry system via August. Download the app and enjoy the convenience of not having to use keys. If your unable to download the app, no worries, the front door comes equipped with a lit keypad. Just input your personal code and press the logo button and with some techno magic the door unlocks. When leaving simply close the door and touch the logo button on the keypad and the door will automatically lock. It’s that simple. Guests have access to the entire home with exception to the garage and a small closet on the first floor. These are used to store maintenance and cleaning supplies. I am a full time pilot. If I am not flying an airplane I will always be available for any questions. Feel free to contact me anytime through VRBO or my personal number located on the laminated welcome sheet located inside the house. There are a multitude of local shops in the area. There are also many boat rental marinas around should you choose to rent a boat. There is also a local fun park for the kids and a public beach to go swimming. All the points of interest can be found on the welcome sheet left inside the house for your convenience. There is also a possibility for your food shopping to be done and put away in the fridge waiting for your arrival. Spend more time relaxing and less time shopping. Send a list of the groceries you require and we will do the shopping and unpacking for you. There is no cable tv, but there is a Blu Ray and DVD player that has a smart function with multiple streaming apps to use. I offer a 60mbps connection so that multiple devices may stream without any issues. Guests have access to the entire home with exception to the garage and a small closet on the first floor.
