This home is perfect for a short getaway or long vacation and has from beautiful hard wood floors, granite counter tops, a great family room with fireplace, bar and access to large deck with a hot tub plus a fire pit. This home features three bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen bed. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub and access to an outdoor balcony. When you enter the home you walk into a living room/dining room area. The living room has a pull out couch and a large bay window. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops. Off the dining/living room is a family room with a large flat screen tv over a beautiful gas fire place. The family room also includes a full bar and access to a large outdoor deck with plenty of outdoor furniture, a gas grill and an eight person hot tub. There is WiFi, Direct TV and a sound system throughout the house. This home is about 1 mile to the beach and just blocks from Oselka Park, kayaking and another park with a splash pad (New Buffalo Township Park). The nearest beach is New Buffalo Public Beach and has parking available. Come and enjoy all that this home has to offer all year round! Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.Policies - All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement. - Minimum age of 30 years old to rent. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in- Maximum car parking- 3- No smoking- NO Pets allowed - Events, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited - Additional fees and taxes may apply - In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.- CR22-0159CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel.
