I do provide toilet paper.There is no on-site laundry (laundromat is 7 miles away), so please bring your own bed sheets, blankets, pillows and bath towels. Also, bring drinking water, paper products, food and condiments. One twin in the bedroom downstairs. The loft upstairs has 2 beds (double and queen) with walk out deck and a futon in the living room (double). One bathroom with shower, no tub, kitchen, living room, wood stove, electric heat, full fridge, electric stove, gas grill. Air conditioned and fans. Rear deck with table, chairs and umbrella, and front deck with picnic table. Clothes line and storage shed with beach chairs. Provided are: all kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans, coffee maker with filters, blender, toaster, plates, cups, silverware, trash bags, trash removal. A marina is 2 miles away with food staples and a full grocery is 7 miles away in Sandy Creek.Boat launch into Colwell Pond 1/4 mile away for small boats and a full size marina is 2 miles away with boat slips.
