And all within walking distance of Knoebel’s Amusement Resort!!!Inside you will find a spacious open living and dining room with a large 6-8 seat dining table. This room includes 2 ceiling fans, an air conditioner, gas fireplace, cable tv with 37” LCD flat screen and VCR/DVD combo along with a variety of movies. Queen size Futon located here (bed sheets, pillowcases, and comforter located in master bedroom closet).A fully stocked kitchen with a small breakfast table. In addition to pots and pans and dishes the kitchen includes both a Keurig and coffee pot, George Foreman grill, toaster, and a blender. (kitchen towels, rags, sponge, paper towels, hand and dish soap, and cleaning supplies provided)A roomy bathroom with full size tub and shower combo (hand towel, shower curtain, bathroom rugs, hand soap, and toilet paper provided. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided).Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioner and cable TV with LED flat screen. Side yard large enough for cornhole or other simple yard games.
