Experience Your Journey with Us Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. This ranch steps on 2.57 acres with just under 400' of frontage on the Swift River. Great spot to be used as a recreational second home! Enjoy it: head out on your snowmobile or ATVs, ski at our local Black Mountain of Maine or Sunday River Ski area, venture out to Rangeley Lakes Region and all it has to offer. Just to name a few activities you can do from here! This house is one level only and has three bedroms, a full funcional kitchen, dining area and a couch for relaxation. The sunny kitchen offers all the necessary utilites for the guests to feel comfortable and in extra, even there is a central heating system the place has a fireplace for perfect comfort nights. Guests have been provided with fresh water by dispenser for drinking water and a hot tea. Each room has a TV, with one of the rooms having an office area, it has a desk and a sofa for computer usage. The accommodation offers a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a bedroom with a queen size and a single bed. There is also a couch in the dining area that can be used for sleeping. The property has a full bathroom with a bathtub, a flexibale shower and towels. Guests have full access to the entire house, back yard that steps on 2.57 acres and driveway up to 2 vehicles, plus 2 more vehicles on the right side of the building. The house is just one level that makes it easy to access for children and eldery people. Guests can get free access to Swift River through the back yard and can go fishing there but please, make sure to follow the Maine government rules. What to Do Around: 1. Autumn season is one of the most beautiful fall foliage in the house, while bountiful game including moose, deer and upland birds beckon the advent of the hunting season. In Summer time, there is Wildlife Viewing streight out of the house. Also, guests can enjoy ATV, boating, hiking and kayaking nearby. In the Spring guests are welcome to golfing or road biking. And the most popular season for Maine - in Winter all enjoy skiing, snowmobile;2. Sunday River Skiing is about 25 miles or just 30 minutes away from the house. It is a ski resort located in Newry, Maine. It is one of Maine's largest and most visited ski resorts;3. Sugarloaf Skiing is up of Maine, about 68 miles from the property. It is one of the tallest mountains in Maine, featuring the only lift-service, above-treeline skiing in the East pick4. Rangeley Lakes Region is just 30 miles away. This is perfect for fishing all seasons and it is a place where you can hear the loons calling at night across the open waters in the evening.
