And 23 miles from Seven Springs Mountain Resort. What everyone loves about our house is the we are located so close to Ohiopyle, but we are away from the crowds. You will enjoy your own private oasis in a country setting.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire house and large yard. We have a garage with fun yard games and a fire pit!!! Don't forget to bring your own firewood.Other things to noteYou will receive a code to the keypad door once the house is finished being cleaned and we are ready for you to arrive. We provide your check-in instructions at that time.If you are dissatisfied with anything in the home please report to us the problem at check in so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.If you are planning to use the sleeper sofa you must notify us prior to check in so we may provide you blankets and sheets.We recommend that you have winter tires during the winter months. We try our best to plow and shovel before a guest arrives but it is not guaranteed. Be prepared if you need to get yourselves out of the driveway.
