One bag of wood pellet fuel is provided.ENTERTAINMENTS:Pool table(87" L X 50" W X 31" H) with 42" cue sticks, darts, poker, arcade games, board games, kids' books, etc.HOT TUB:A hot tub with 49 jets is good for up to 6 people to relax and release the stress from work.The hot tub will be open year-round unless influenced by inclement weather.GAS GRILL:We provide one filled propane tank for the grill. But please kindly understand that in very few cases, guests will need to refill by themselves: $20/tank for a refill at Walmart 10 minutes away from the house by car(in this case, show us your receipt during the stay and we will reimburse you).How: ask the Walmart cashier to get instructions about refilling the tank.OUTDOOR FIREPLACE:The firewood logs are stored outside of the house. (between the driveway and the deck.)Surveillance or recording devices on property:Your safety matters.
