Camelback Village Townhouse. Brand New Air Conditioning! Close to waterpark! Charming 3-story townhouse nestled steps from the slopes of Camelback Mountain, below Big Pocono State Park. Conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos, the unit features a large common area with a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, wrap around balcony with propane grill, and master bedroom with private balcony. Newly installed air conditioning. Parking level with no stairs. Must be 25 years of age to rent. No Smoking. No Pets. Stays during holidays require a 3 night minimum. Non-holiday stay only requires a 2 night minimum.**REGISTRATION**MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT, please don't ask to rent if you are not at 25 years of age. It's required to fill out the Village At Camelback's Registration agreement, listing all guests and vehicles(make, model, and plate #). After you request a booking with us, we will send you the Registration agreement for you to fill out with the guest and vehicle information. Failure to do so in a timely manner can result in cancelation, depending on the situation.**FIREPLACE**Feel free to enjoy the fireplace on those chilly evenings. We ask you to please burn duraflame or duraflame equivalent fire logs. **NO PETS**We have a strict no pets allowed policy.**SMOKING POLICY**There is no smoking inside the house. $250 cleaning fee imposed if there has been smoking indoorsSmoking outdoors is fine! Please, find yourself a butt can and dispose of courteously. $250 butt clean up fee imposed if there has been improper disposal of your cigarettes. (Flicking them on the grounds/road)**TRASH POLICY**Dispose of your trash in the trash containers located throughout the house. DO NOT litter the interior of the house, the deck and balcony with trash, candy wrappers, beer cans, used tissues..etc. Failure to do so will result in an additional $150 fee for such behavior.All garbage must be taken to the garbage compactor that is located by the tennis courts. DO NOT leave your trash in the house.**SECURITY**There is one ring doorbell surveillance device on the front door of the home pointing only at the parking lot. This is for your safety and ours.**UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE/PETS**The only people authorized in the property are those included in the reservation. If it is determined that a unauthorized people or pets have entered the property, the booking will be cancelled immediately without refund and VRBO will be notified regarding the breach in agreement.**AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING**We have an air conditioning and heating system in each room, that is operated by the remote control on the wall near each unit. The remote can switch between cooling and heating from the remote. **SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS**Bedroom 1 downstairs - Queen bedBedroom 2 downstairs - 2 bunk bedsBedroom 3 upstairs - Queen bedLiving room - Pullout sofa bedAny emergencies call 911.
