Situated on over 0.50 acres of land, property is professionally landscaped with a Koi Pond in the front. Landscaped to maximize space and functionality to provide the best and memorable experiences for our guests to enjoy. Enjoy a cozy bonfire in the fire-pit and relax on our upper/lower decks with tables and cook meals with the BBQ charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal). This is the house to enjoy and relax for any getaway/vacation in the Poconos!As we step into the house of over 3000 sq. ft across 3 floors:This house has 4 magnificent large-sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. All mattress are very supportive and comfortable.Each bathroom is equipped with shower and/or tub combo with hair-dryer provided.Bedroom Layout:Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Twin Bed + Huge Private DeckBedroom 2 (3rd Floor Loft): 2 Full Beds with high ceilingsBedroom 3 (3rd Floor): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Full Bed with high ceilingsBedroom 4 (1st Floor): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Full BedThe entire house is equipped with fast free WIFI. Cable TV is powered by Sling.The house is open floor concept with a large modern kitchen with a huge 6' center island that opens out to the living room. The living room boasts a 75" Smart TV with tall cathedral-style ceilings with exposed beams creating a very comfortable space perfect for entertaining throughout the day. There is a family room with a 42" Smart TV for extra space. The game room is located on the 1st floor with a pool table and 55" Smart TV.Washer/Dryer is available for use in a dedicated laundry room, so you can pack lighter and keep all your clothes clean! Kitchen will include cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and wine glasses. Appliances include coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, and cooktop. Entire house is heated and only the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Our professional cleaning crew will ensure that with every stay, the house will be cleaned and beds made. We provide pillows, sheets, and blankets for every bed. We do provide most of the essential items as starters to get you started for your stay. These include paper products, trash bags, hair-dryer, etc. but no towels. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so you will have to provide your own essentials.*We are constantly making updates and expanding the space*Owner is not responsible for inaccessibility of outdoor amenities due to weather.*** NO snow removal for the backyard during the winter ***
