Air conditioned for those hot summer weeks! "Modern rustic " decor, newly remodeled baths, two 1st floor Master Bedrooms. Huge deck . Hot tub (optional). Very well maintained. Large bedrooms, game room, stone/cedar screened porch, rear yard filled with Rhododendron & wild blueberries. Private beach with designer firepit and seating. Beach area includes 2 kayaks, paddleboat, rowboat. Incredible sunsets!The 1st Floor sets the mood for upscale mountain living. When you enter you'll love the flooring sawn from vintage oak timbers and the nearly 35 foot tall great room with exposed beams, with a full wall of windows facing the lake. The great room includes a full stone fireplace, a butter soft leather sofa, two Mexican twig armchairs, a large central coffee table (fabricated from salvaged antique sailing ship wood), and an incredibly comfortable poet's chair with ottoman that quickly becomes everyone's favorite spot. The great rooms flows into the custom kitchen...ample granite countertops, contrasting island cabinetry, gas range, french door refrigerator w additional island seating, a large sink facing the windows w a beautiful lake vista. The 1st floor Includes 2 very large Master bedrooms on opposite ends of the home for complete privacy & 2 newly remodeled full baths w double vanities & frameless glass showers. The laundry is conveniently located on the 1st floor.The stone & cedar screened porch is a peaceful, cool & relaxing area to read, relax, or enjoy conversation. It is accessible from the rear deck, the kitchen & the lake facing MBR.The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms. The 1st has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, end table, engraved toy chest, and rocking chair. Our daughter cherished her stuffed lamb & the room is nicely decorated with lamb & sheep decor. The 2nd bedroom is very large and has 1 double bed, 2 twins. Also includes a dresser, night table, mirror & air hockey table to delight the children.The bath on the 2nd floor was remodeled in 2023, featuring dual sinks, designer bath & floor tiles.The game room is located at the rear of the 2nd floor. It has a leather queen sleep sofa and matching leather chair with ottoman. The game room has a full size Brunswick pool table, commercial foosball table & flat screen TV.The lakeside deck is full width of the house w several distinct areas: There's a circular glass patio umbrella table with seating for 6; a picnic table with benches; a hot tub Kindly verify hot tub availability.The deck leads to a winding path filled with wild rhododendrons & blueberries to our very own private sandy beach. You'll find chaises & chairs for your relaxation, watercraft & paddles, and lifejackets You'll enjoy the beautiful hand forged iron firepit and adirondack chairs. We are directly on the lake with a private beach and lounge chairs. Just behind the beach, there are adirondack chairs encircling a firepit. We provide 2 kayaks, a rowboat, and a paddleboat, as well as paddles and life jacketsWHERE ARE YOU LOCATED WITHIN THE LAKE NAOMI COMMUNITY? Our location is wonderful. We are very fortunate to be located on the prime stretch of Miller Rd between the clubhouse and the large outdoor pool. Each is about a 10 minute walkI HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES. ARE THERE MANY STEPS INTO AND INSIDE THE HOME? The home includes two 1st floor MBR's, and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Other then playing a game of billiards, there is no reason to climb any stairs inside the home. From the driveway to the front door there is a total of 3 stairs...A step from the driveway to the front walkway, a step from the walkway to the front porch, and a small step from the front porch to enter the home.HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM CAMELBACK & AQUATOPIA? We are 9.4 miles from these. the drive is approximately 15 minutesHOW FAR ARE YOU FROM KALAHARI? We are only 4 miles away from Kalahari.
