They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected- NOTE: This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee.
