Our chalet sits next to the Pines Lake dock, where you can fish, boat, and explore the great outdoors. You'll have everything you need to make yourself at home, including cozy furniture, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, games, 6-person hot tub, ping pong, and more. The wrap-around deck offers year-round grilling and entertaining accessible from kitchen, den, and porch. Our sky lights, french doors, and oversized windows fill the space with natural light, that set the stage for your mountain escape. We hope you love staying here as much as our family.Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 dogs of any size. It's a spacious home on a quiet street with great views. Here's a quick highlight of amenities:- Air conditioning- 2 propane fireplaces- 2 full sofa beds (loft and den)- 4 HDTVs- 6 seat Artesian Cal Spa Hot Tub- Solo stove fire pit- Parking for 6 cars/SUVs- Large balcony and screened porch- Full size Ping pong and Billiard table- Books and board games for days, for kids and adults- XBox 360 & retro Nintendo w/20+ pre-loaded games- For coffee lovers we have a Chemex, french press, and Keurig, in addition to the pour over coffee maker (grinder as well, so bring your beans).Towels are available to use, and all beds are made with linens for your arrival. Please do not take house towels to the beach. We also have sleds for the neighborhood sledding hill, 2 kids kayaks, a paddle board, adult kayak, floats, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys, and life vests.We're a short drive to many major attractions:Jack Frost Ski Resort - 14 minKalahari Water Park - 16 minHickory Run Park Trails - 19 minBig Boulder Ski Resort - 21 MinCamelback Mountain Resort - 23 minMount Airy Casino - 23 minCrossings Premium Outlets - 24 mins940 Golf 'n Fun: Mini-Golf, Arcade, Ice Cream - 5 minsThere are multiple grocery stores within a 10 minute drive and a sit down restaurant only 7 minutes away.COMMUNITY: Renters will be required to register each guest and vehicle on our community's website at least 2 days prior to arrival. Cost is $5/vehicle. A fine of $250 will be imposed on any group that does not register.Guests will receive 6 wristbands upon arrival for registering with the community. This provides access to beaches, trash removal, clubhouse activities, and parking. Wristbands are for guests 12 years of age and older. TRASH: There is no trash pickup service in the community. Guests will be required to bring all trash and recycling to the compactors, which is a 3 minute drive from the house. You will need to have registered with the front office prior to using the compacters.
