Welcome to The Chalet at Sir Jeoffrey!This beautifully crafted home brings you a mix of the classic, cabin-like feel of the Poconos with modern finishes incorporated throughout. Rest assured, your stay will be completely private; this home is the last house at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nothing but gorgeous, panoramic views of the serene wilderness. This home is sure to give you the full Poconos experience, as our secluded stay is sure to create memories that will last a lifetime.Our home comfortably sleeps 6, although we can accommodate up to 8 guests. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, plus a couch in the living room & loft. The two full bathrooms have been freshly renovated and include a washer/dryer. The high-speed WiFi and upstairs loft with a desk make for a wonderful location to get some work done! The detached garage and storage shed will not be accessible during your stay.This home is equipped with a Schlage smart lock, Ring floodlight cameras, and Noiseaware monitors to ensure your safety and keep your mind at ease.Although The Chalet at Sir Jeoffrey has all the privacy you could ask for, it is conveniently located nearby Big Boulder Mountain & Jack Frost Big Boulder ski resorts, an indoor water park, and mini golf - all within a 15-minute drive!This house is part of the wonderful community of Camelot Forest. To keep our community happy, we request that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 9:00 PM. There are no fireworks allowed at any time in this community.Township Registration #: 014566The minimum age to book is 25 years old.Pet fee is $50 per pet, max of 4.ℹ️ HOUSE RULES:1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 6, unless otherwise agreed.2. Events/Parties: Not allowed.3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply.4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our pristine outdoor spaces.5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors.6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly.7. Hot Tub: Please shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Avoid bringing glass or food into the area. Do not add any soaps, oils, or chemicals to the water. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use and do not remove the chlorine floater. Guests are liable for any misuse or negligence resulting in damage and extra cleaning, which may incur additional charges.8. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost.9. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores.10. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside.11. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.12. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the house tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.13. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes.⚠️ We kindly remind you to adhere to the house rules during your stay. Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, failure to follow parking guidelines, tampering with security equipment, or disturbing the community may result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
