HOME WITH PRIVATE DOCK. Home is located on Lake Sinclair known for bass fishing. The home accommodates six adults and four children. Three bedrooms (1 master with a king bed and master bath, 1 room with Queen bed and 1 room with twin beds - shared bathroom). In addition two dens each with a queen sleeper sofa. Furnished with almost everything needed in a home .Included two dens with flat screen tv's, local channels thru Roku and netflix, and YouTube as well as WIFI. Plenty of table space with breakfast table, dining table and game table and kitchen bar. . Gas grill is located on patio off of back porch next to garage. Level yard from house to the dock for easy access. Home is located within 3 to 5mi of grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, fast food, shopping malls and theater. Historical Milledgeville with its antiques shops is about 10 miles or less on 441. Marina is just across the water from home where you can put your boat in.Driveway accommodates 3 vehicles. Trailer can be parked on grass but no cars. Sorry no room in yard for a boat but provides a great dock for the boat. Also noted - cannot turn a boat/trailer around in driveway. Need to put boat in at Marina - straight across from the boathouse.
