Perfectly located just minutes from the Fayetteville Regional Airport, we are right in between Hope Mills and Fayetteville, so you can easily access both.The space3 Bedroom house with beautifully designed bedrooms and a large yard space. We have a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, full bathrooms, and a large backyard. Driveway parking is available, and we are minutes from the hospital, coliseum, and shopping centers.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked drawers, closets and cabinets.Other things to noteThe bottom pull out bed of the trundle bed is for sleeping only. Please be careful with it and only allow children to sleep on it.Additional rulesWelcome!As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories with our cheerful and cozy home. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation!RulesPlease do not where shoes inside the home.Pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.You must clean your own dishes, otherwise a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. There is a dishwasher and other cleaning supplies available for this purpose.Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. You’re not allowed to smoke (including vaping) inside the home.Please turn off the AC/Heater when you’re away.No parties or events without prior approval.Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM.If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of $250 will be added to your booking, and you may be required to obtain event insurance.A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys (including the garage remote).Do not eat in the bedrooms.Please refrain from making loud noises past 11PM.
