This is a great place to relax, rejuvenate, sit by the pool and enjoy a beautiful Floridian sunrise (set over Lake Denise!) BBQ rental is also an option for this villa (at an extra cost) Garage space not available but plenty of parking spaces. Whether you are a keen water sports enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful place to relax or golf, we have something for you. Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, a ski school room or visit us for the day. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. Our team is ready to assist you!RENTAL OPTIONS:The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us.
