Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, a ski school room or visit us for the day. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. Our team is ready to assist you!RENTAL OPTIONS:The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN : Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex. • Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name. • For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry. • For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.
