THE SPACEFLOOR 1: - Open concept of kitchen, living, and dining - 70” Smart TV in living area- Master en-suite with a king bed, his and hers closets, double vanities, walk in shower, and a 65” Smart TV- Laundry room- Powder room/ half bath- Coat closet FLOOR 2:- Bedrooms 2 with a queen- Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and 55” Smart TV- Bedroom 4 with a queen bunk bed and a 55” Smart TV- Full bathroom with double vanities and a private are with shower and toilet. NOTES:- There is a 2 car garage attached to the home. You can also fit 2 more cars in the driveway. - Keyless entry. Your code instructions will be sent to your privately prior to arrival- NO SMOKING! There will be a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule. - Please make sure to read and abide by all the house rules. - Early check in / late check out requests cannot always be approved, but we try our best there may be an additional charge. - Any guests must be pre approved by the host. ******DISCLOSURE We are not liable for any injuries or harm occurred on the premises of any kind.
