Swimming pools and sun? Come stay at our adorable, open-concept house located in a quiet neighborhood on an inner corner lot; therefore, providing a very large backyard. Plenty of seclusion with a tall, brick wall lining the yard. Large side lot with an RV gate for any extra vehicles or toys you bring.The backyard also boasts a fun swimming pool with a deeper end for endless cannonballs. Included are deck chairs, side tables, an umbrella, pool toys and so much more. Perfect for days of fun in the sun with friends & family. There is a huge, covered patio with a comfy couch and chairs, a 6-seat bar-height table with a propane fireplace in the center, and an outdoor TV. Enjoy the relaxing swing that easily converts to a daybed for extra relaxation. There is a propane grill for delicious BBQ lunches/dinners. Enjoy cornhole, a good movie, watch the game ... or just relax while watching the kids swim in the pool! There is Foosball in the garage, air hockey on the patio, an oversized Jenga, a putting green! Lots of fun!!!The inside is very cozy and inviting. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, big and small. There is a good-sized island with 2 bar stools and plenty of room for food and drinks. It looks out into the family room which has a large comfy sectional couch and smart TV. Connected is a dining area with a 10-seat table, perfect for family meals.The master has a king-size bed and private bathroom, walk-in closet, along with a sitting area. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and closets. The 5th bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a full over full bunk bed. There is also a desk & office chair in this room, along with a closet. The access point to the 5th bedroom with the bunkbeds is via the 4th bedroom.On the property is a portable pack-n-play and a highchair available for littles. There are security cameras watching both gates and both the front and back doors. The cameras are for security purposes only when no guests are staying there. They will not be active regularly during a guest's stay. Occasional surveillance may occur should a concern by the host arise.
