Nestled on 12 acres with a small seasonal creek running through the property we are located just 35 miles southwest of Denver off Highway 285. Conifer is a charming small town just a short drive from Denver and all the recreational amenities the Rocky Mountains are known for.Our gorgeous craftsman carriage house has 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom is an open loft), 2 baths plus laundry and outdoor patio area and a hot tub. We have furnished our home with your comfort in mind. Master bedroom with King bed/built in dresser, gas fireplace and private bathroom with soaking tub. Pottery Barn bedding and quality comfortable pillows. Cozy gas fireplace and room darkening blinds make this a room you don't want to leave. Secondary bedroom has comfy queen bed, extra pillows, tv with DVD player and closet. Also has room darkening blinds. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with 2 twin beds and sitting area with couch and TV. There is also an oversized chair that folds out into a twin bed. For sanitary reasons, clean linens are provided but the lower trundle and pull out twin bed will not be made up. Loft area is better suited for children, the ship ladder access isn't great for adults and the beds are more comfy for kids. The ship ladder is steep!Little Creek sleeps up to 6 people comfortably (ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids). Little Creek offers an open floor plan and natural wood accents throughout. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, sectional couch and a 65 inch flat panel tv provide entertainment with BluRay DVD player and a collection of DVD movies. Living room and bedrooms have smart tv's. We do have DirectTV cable. Cell phone coverage appears to be strong in the area, we have not heard from any previous guests that cell usage has been an issue. The kitchen is open to the living area and has an island with seating as well as a dining room table with 6 chairs. Farmhouse sink, double oven, microwave and large fridge make you feel right at home if you enjoy cooking. Kitchen includes all dishes and cooking necessities. From the kitchen you can walk out directly onto the deck with a patio table with umbrella, gas bbq as well as a sectional outdoor couch for lots of comfortable seating and gorgeous custom gas fire pit. The Deck area is perfect for enjoying Colorado's beautiful weather. Below the deck is a large tub that comfortable seats 6. No outdoor fires allowed on the property. There is a ping pong table in the heated garage. There are games and puzzles in both the dining hutch area as well as in the garage. A Pack-n-Play and portable high chair also kept in garage.Little Creek has heated floors, luxurious area rugs and pottery barn furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do not have AC but do have ceiling fans in the great room and master bedroom. Standing floor fans are in all bedrooms and loft area. The entire home is a true carriage house, located above the garage so stairs are a must in order to access the unit. 4WD or AWD highly recommended in winter months (Oct-April although we often get snow in May). We welcome couples, families and small gatherings – up to the 6 possible guests. This is not a party home. You must be 25 or over to rent and documentation will be required upon booking. Person booking the home must be person also staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $100 per dog, no more than 2 dogs allowed. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. We do ask that you clean up after your pet in the surrounding area close to the home. Since we welcome dogs, please disclose you are bringing your pet, even if it's a service pet. We also provide extra towels to wipe your dog's paws if need be that are in the garage. Property is not fenced.Outdoor security cameras on property. As we live off site, we may occasionally check the recorded video footage for security purposes. No smoking or vaping on or in the property. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes (vaping) or smoking any other substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of the above will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.Absolutely no illegal activity is allowed on the property.Events, parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Little Creek rental agreement and photo ID required with 24 hours of booking reservation in order for reservation to be valid. Guests may cancel immediately if they do not agree with rental agreement within the 24-hour window with no penalty.
