Home with a stunning view, close to trails and town Leave The Clutter Behind. The view of downtown Juneau; the quiet of the surrounding forest / mountainside; and the clean and modern comforts will make this home one you won't want to leave. The house is a new(ish) build, finished in 2015 and designed for cold weather standards. Rent it out with the adjacent side (Salty Suite VRBO #1062288) and you can accommodate twelve. We do reserve the house for stays of 5 nights or longer when booking further out than 30 days and 7 nights or longer when booking 60 days or more in advance. Exceptions are made so feel free to ask. Likely reasons we would give an exception: If the stay fit well with an existing adjacent stay on the calendar (no long gaps in between); If the dates are in the shoulder seasons (not June - August); If you were wanting both sides for a longish stay...Each side has the living area on the second floor along with a master bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has (2) doors, one directly to the master and one to the living space. The first floor has the second two bedrooms, another full bathroom and a laundry room, plus a large entry for dumping all your gear. One parking space at the top of the driveway is provided and there are 3-4 steps up to the first floor from the car door.
