The established brick work and trellised archway lead to a spacious, yet cozy updated waterfront, ranch home that is tucked away in a private setting —only a short trip (by land or water) to some of the area's best amenities, yet just far enough away to allow for a relaxing retreat.Boasting over 173 feet of shoreline, Summer STATus comfortably accommodates 10 with 1 king, 2 queens, and a custom and fun bunk room with 4 singles with a separate play area. Endless views of Lake Norman flow through the open living and kitchen area, creating the perfect ambience for gathering with family and friends. Additional living area can be found in the relaxing sunroom where you can enjoy the comfort of a conservatory-like area where you can open the windows and feel as if you are right outside on the lake. This Lake Norman gem offers the perfect combination for enjoying the popular lake lifestyle with outdoor living areas for everyone. The detached covered veranda with seating by the lake is great for relaxing with a book. If soaking up the sun is preferred, you can either chill in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit or lounge on the newly built, private pier/dock. Whether it's kayaking, swimming or fishing, or simply being lazy in the hammock, Summer STATus is the perfect home base for the day's adventure. Lake Norman is a large lake and ideal for boating and watersports.StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent — with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise.
