The sprawling grounds and lush landscape give guests ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, and escape the stress of urban life without leaving behind any of the luxuries. Shady trees and rose bushes guide you up the drive toward plenty of open parking, a two-car garage, and a regulation size basketball hoop. The beautiful brickwork around the front doors welcomes you and hints at the beauty that awaits you at this Lake Norman luxury rental.Step through the elegant brick arch that defines the entrance to your home away from home. You will find natural wood floors and a sparkling chandelier welcoming you inside. Vaulted ceilings in the entry draw you into the living room with full views of the lake right outside. Natural light flows in, creating an open and airy feel. This is the perfect space to unwind and connect with friends and family or to gather for after dinner drinks and share a laugh or two.The open kitchen is fully equipped to handle any occasion, whether it's an elaborate holiday feast or simply feeding a growing family and keeping the kitchen stocked with all their favorite drinks and snacks – you have all the space you need. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are available for each guest to prepare their favorite cup of Joe! The kitchen table and counter also offer the perfect space for your everyday meals, quick snacks, and breakfasts. The adjacent dining room is great for sit-down family style dinners, but it is elegantly furnished, making it the perfect setting for even the fanciest occasions.If you head downstairs, you will be thrilled to discover a game room so spacious it could practically be an additional home – complete with adjoining bedrooms and another full kitchen! The downstairs boasts a living room perfect for playing board games, puzzles, or cards, and even a full-sized shuffleboard and foosball table. The extra kitchen is great for whipping up snacks and can serve as the perfect bar for entertaining. One of the defining features of this home is the in-home theater just to the side of the game room. The luxury theater has a state of the art sound system, gaming console and plush leather recliners perfect for losing yourself in your favorite flick. Remember, Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme water sports like water skis and wakeboards!
