This beautifully renovated 2 bed 2 bath home built in 1950 sits in the heart of the McKinney Historic District, walking distance to the quaint historic square with the best restaurants and shops in the city. A sweet and special, low-tox setting for your next girls’ weekend or family trip.The backyard hosts a quaint, covered seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The large, fenced in backyard is perfect for outdoor games! A cornhole and a giant jenga set are available for use in the backyard shed.This is a low-tox, fragrance-free rental! We use all non-toxic cleaning products (Branch Basics) for general cleaning needs as well as laundry and dishes, and we provide detergent and dishwashing pods during your stay. All hand soap is Branch Basics, and shower items are Public Goods brand. The cottage has an AirDoctor air purifier with regularly changed filters. Laundry detergent is provided, and we ask that you please refrain from using any fragranced laundry products :)We live 2 blocks from the cottage and will be available to help with anything during your stay. While we encourage you to have a great time, please be mindful of our neighbors! No large parties, no pets, and no smoking. Thank you!
