The upstairs floor has 3 guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and an open office space with a queen futon, 2 full bathrooms (shared among the 3 bedrooms and office), and outside deck space. The lower level contains a guest bedroom with an XL full bed and ensuite bathroom, a theater room with 9 reclining theater seats, bar and gaming area, full bath, and gym room with Nordic Track and weight system with rack and bench.
