With a south-facing exposure the house is bright and welcoming. A huge yard is perfect for families and pets. Please note this is not a fenced property.Just minutes away are all the services, grocery, restaurants, and shopping you may need.Two-vehicle garage is included. House is centrally heated/cooled.Pets welcome if approved, please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night/pet.Family gatherings are allowed if approved by host. Please enquire if you are planning for a gathering >10 people total.NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $100 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
