The timing for the lake to return to normal levels will be dependent on rainfall and may take several months.8 Pool/Beach passes are provided for access to the Lakeview Lodge Pool which is open to guests Monday - Thursday from Memorial day to Labor day. Lakeview Lodge is a 5 minute walk from the house. A guest pass is not required for children under 2. The Lakeview Lodge pool is reserved for property owners Fri-Sun and on holidays.The Pool/Beach passes may be used every day at the Treasure Lake main beach (New Providence Beach)Guests may also wish to visit the large Dubois city pool or nearby Parker Dam State Park while lake levels are low in 2025. See their websites for details.MId June - August: 7-night minimum stay with Saturday Check in / check out . 3 night minimum stay for holidays2-night minimum stay at other times.The house is located on a quiet channel of Treasure lake- 6 Private Bedrooms + Murphy Bed in game room Sleeps 14- 5 Queen size beds, 1 Bunk bed (full size on bottom, twin size on top), - - 1 Twin size Murphy Bed - 4 Full baths- All bed linens are provided- 14 sets of towels (hand towel, bath towel, wash cloth) are provided- Kitchen wash cloth/towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided- Air Conditioning - Fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Dishes, Pots/Pans, Flatware, 2 coffee pots (drip and Keurig), blender, toaster, etc)- Washer/Dryer- WIFI- Two Gas Log Fireplaces- 12'x27' covered rear deck- Outdoor Gas Grill- Ping Pong Table- Air Hockey- Foosball Table- Fire pit - Private dock- Convenient to the Front Gate and the Treasure Lake Towne Center market * Strict No Pet Policy. Due to a family member with severe allergies, the home is strictly an animal-free zone.* No Smoking permitted in the house.* To protect against invasive species, no outside boats, powered or non-powered, are allowed in Treasure Lake. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat, are available for use at the house and additional kayaks, paddle boats and row boats may be rented at the marina through Labor Day.* The jet skis are not available for use.* A $89 fee for a $3,000 Damage Protection Policy is required and is automatically added at time of booking.
