Spacious & Peaceful 4 bedroom Mountain House near Studios, Hiking and Hollywood Enjoy our spacious and beautiful house which overlooks the Angeles National Forest, offering you peace and quiet, but within a short drive to all amenities. The community is gated and very quiet and safe. The house is 2 stories with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, laundry and half bathroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is used as an office and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom. The backyard is entirely private and has a garden of flowers, vegetables, as well as a grill, patio furniture, and a table. Sit outside and listen to the birds or watch the stars at night. The A/C and heat are new and there is plenty of free street parking. We are 20-30 minutes from Burbank/NoHo, 35-45 from Hollywood and Downtown, and an hour to the beaches and Santa Monica. We are close to Magic Mountain, Universal Studios and great hiking trails. There is a pool and hot tub in the community and an olympic size pool nearby. Street parking is free and shops are 5-10 mins away. Come enjoy the sun and warmth of LA!
