Guests have a private deck/BBQ and the waterfall patio. Parking for two cars. The property was once a part of a 200 acre dairy farm. Now the barn remains but no cows...just chickens and goats. The cottage is located just minutes from the towns of Eagle, Ludwig's Corner, Exton and Chester Springs. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, food stores and retail shopping just two miles from the cottage. We are centrally located in Chester County, Pa. with lots of to do nearby the cottage:Marsh Creek State Park/less then 1 mile away.
