Four bedroom house located near downtown State College- This bi-level four bedroom house is in a quiet neighborhood, just two miles from downtown State College. Football shuttles are nearby for travel to Beaver Stadium. Sleeping accommodations include master bedroom with queen bed and full en-suite, two bedrooms each with full sized bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a futon in the family room and space for airbeds if extra sleeping space is needed. Three bedrooms are on the main level and one bedroom is located on the lower level. In addition to the master en-suite there is another full bathroom on the main living level and a half bath on the lower level off of the family room. Kitchen is fully equipped. The main living area is 'open concept' and bright. There is a small porch and a large backyard. The property is close to a park with bike path and playground. Home is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. Please be advised if you have a cat allergy. There is one cat living in the home, but will not be present during guest stays.
