ONLY 2.5 miles to Beaver Stadium!ONLY 2.5 miles to downtown State College ($12 Uber ride)!ENTIRE house has been updated with NEW kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds, etc. This home will have you feeling both relaxed and energized for any type of event or vacation. This ranch style home, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, has all new beds and bedding. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and HDTV's on the upper level. One is a master bedroom/bathroom with a Queen bed and bunk bed set. The other is a bedroom adjacent to the common bathroom. Kitchen and main room with 55" HDTV are also on the upper level. Deck off the kitchen with a grill and seating. The lower level has a great room with a table and chairs for eating or playing games and a pull out sofa bed (plenty of seating to watch the 50" HDTV). The large downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with doors to the backyard. There are also doors off the great room to the outside patio with seating. Backyard has tire swing, playset, and tether ball.
