The property is located near Bald Eagle State Forest, which provides opportunities for hunting, hiking, Dual Sport riding (prime ground for adventure riding) and some of the best mountain biking trails you could ask for. Rothrock Forest and Coopers Gap are also located nearby for more outdoor enjoyment. The house is just 15 minutes from famed fishing spots. Only 25 minutes to downtown State College, making this a quiet place to stay for any University events. There are also several local wineries to visit and antique shops to explore.
