Living room, dining room and music room, two working fireplaces, galley kitchen and laundry, outdoor terrace, and separate artist's studio with balcony overlooking the falls. Pricing for December – March does not include fuel oil. Fuel oil will be billed based on usage at end of month.Located a 1/2 hour from Cooperstown, Colgate University, Hamilton College, Utica, golf courses, tennis facilities and Otsego Lake.
