We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.Other Things to Note:The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.Pet fee is $150 per dog. Note that booking platforms only charge 1 pet fee. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees. Guests are REQUIRED to register online with Towamensing Trails. Additional community fees are as follows:Registration (required year-round):● $25 registration fee (paid no later than 3 days before check-in).Vehicles:● $5 registration fee per vehicle● All vehicle information must be provided● Please message us 5 days prior to check-in for any changes in the number of vehicles.
