Ideal for families and pets, our home comfortably sleeps 10, with exciting amenities like a pool table, hot tub, and fully-equipped kitchen. Located in a vibrant community near top attractions such as Kalahari Water Park and Pocono Raceway. Pets are welcome, house is kid and baby-friendly (baby gates installed) and all linens are professionally cleaned. Enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and adventure at our tranquil haven.The space:Welcome to your home away from home in the Poconos!Our three-story retreat offers you and your family a comfortable and entertaining stay. The house is divided into a basement, main floor, and second floor, each thoughtfully equipped with all you need.In the basement, unwind in a cozy bedroom with a full bed and Roku TV. Challenge your family to a game of pool or make use of the washer and dryer (detergent provided). A full bathroom with a shower stall, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer is available for your convenience.The main floor features a queen bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a well-stocked kitchen that makes cooking a breeze. Enjoy coffee your way with a Nespresso, Drip, French Press, Burr Grinder, and Milk Frother. Relax in the living room with the Roku TV or gather for a meal in the dining area. Families with young children will appreciate the convertible high chair, kids' utensils, and baby gates installed for safety. A full bathroom with a bathtub, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer is also available on this floor.The second floor houses another queen bedroom with a Roku TV and a versatile loft area, boasting a full bed and a futon. Safety baby gates are also installed here. Another full bathroom with a shower stall, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer completes this level.For summer, there are air conditioners in the three bedrooms (main and 2nd floor) and an air conditioner in the loft area as well which is open to the kitchen and living room. (We don't have one in the basement since it's underground and tends to stay much cooler than the other floors.)Step outside to a spacious deck with both a gas grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table and chairs and let the children or pets play in the large open backyard. We look forward to hosting you!Guest Access:• Check-in/Check-out: Your vacation begins with a seamless check-in at 4 pm and ends with a check-out at 11 am.• Arrival Packets: To make your arrival easy, guest packets will be waiting for you in the house, saving you from any additional pick-up procedures.• Parking: We offer four designated parking spots in the driveway for your convenience. Please note, street parking is not permitted in our community.• House Access: Enjoy full access to the entire house, with the exception of a few supply closets which will remain locked.• Community Wristbands: Your stay includes 8 wristbands for the community amenities. As per HOA rules, a maximum of eight wristbands are provided per stay and no additional purchases are allowed. These are required for all guests over age five. Your wristband and parking tag packet will be waiting for you in the house upon arrival. Enjoy your stay!• Community Pool and Beach: The pool is open for weekends only starting Memorial weekend, and fully opens June 17. Pool hours are 11 am - 6 pm. • LAKE - Sometimes the lake may be closed for various reasons (one of the most common is bacteria from local geese). If this is the case, the community still allows you to be on the beach, just not in the water. For alternatives lakes, we recommend checking out public lakes in the area: Hickory Run State Park, Beltsville Lake, and Mauch Chunk Lake outside of Jim Thorpe. Othe details to note:• Pet Policy: We warmly welcome your furry friends to our retreat. For a flat rate of $99, you can bring one or two dogs. We've also included some essential items to make their stay comfortable: an extra leash, a flashlight, food/water bowls, poop bags, and a cozy dog blanket.• Cleanliness: We take your health and safety seriously. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience.• Fire Safety: Please note, for the safety of our guests and to preserve the beauty of our surroundings, open fire pits or open flames of any kind are not permitted on the property (community rules). Enjoy our space with the peace of mind that safety is our top priority.
