Enjoy the fire pit as you overlook the city views of downtown St.Augustine. The home is kept very immaculate and super clean, no pets and no smoking is permitted on the premises. The home is equipped with all brand new furnishings and interior is completely renovated and newly decorated. Plenty to do nearby, and Publix supermarket just 2-3 minutes away! Great for a beach retreat or honeymoon or for a family to getaway and relax!SECURITY CAMERAS: Active security cameras are installed in the front and back of the home. Located on the Northern end of St. Augustine, it is known for it's beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and is the top spot in town for shark teeth hunters! You'll find the home is minutes away from top local favorite restaurants such as Reef with direct views of the Atlantic and Cap's on the Water which is directly on the intracoastal. The home is only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine, 3 minutes to the Vilano Pier and Park, and less than a 30 minute drive to TPC Sawgrass!Getting Around:We highly recommend renting a car if you do not plan on driving down to the home. Uber and Lyft are available in the area if you choose not drive.Other Things to Note: Please note that the current pricing is reduced just in case guests are sensitive to construction of a home next door.
