Conveniently located near some hot spots like; downtown Riverside is a 5-minute drive, freeways are a couple minutes away, UCR is 10-minutes away, if you like tennis, there are free open courts at a 5-minute walk, and Ontario airport is 23 minutes away.****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ****Guests with children, we have a play pen, highchair, and stroller located in coat closet but no child safety features. Please watch your little ones carefully. =>NO EVENTS/PARTIES- and no more than 10 people entering the house.=>NO SMOKING/VAPING IN OR NEAR THE HOUSE=>NO PETSIf you need a home where you play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you, and we CANNOT host you.Any violations of our rules will be reported to VRBO and your reservation will be canceled immediately without refund and or a $1,000 fine.Guests agree to keep the property in a good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
