House is located in a private, quiet and safe area 1.5 mile from UCR campus.The house is clean, modern and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It can sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a super comfortable King Bed, TV and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third room has 2 Full beds. The second bathroom includes a spa jet bathtub. You will enjoy a private backyard with a pool, seating area, a modern fire pit, and a picnic table and BBQ Grill. Several games are available in the GAME Room, including a big Billiard table, foosball table, and Pac-Man Arcade. Additionally, we provide pool toys and board games so that the entire family can enjoy themselves.
