Take a stroll to the beach or over to downtown Broadway, and be sure to check out everything Lorain has to offer while you're here. Pets are OK with additional fees and pre-approval. Welcome aboard! This house has been fully renovated from top to bottom. The kitchen sports new stainless steel appliances and has everything needed for a night of dining-in. The house offers two porches with views of the lake or complete privacy. The first floor has open living and dining areas with a TV and a cozy electric fireplace. The upstairs den offers another sitting area and TV, complete with board games, a bookshelf, and a twin-sized bed. Take your pick from the other two bedrooms from a bright and open room with a king-sized bed, Papasan chair, and large closet, or another cozy, napping room with a full-sized bed and closet. The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful bright new tile job, a linen closet full of things you may have forgotten, and a bath to soak in if you want to relax after a day of adventure. A propane grill is off the back porch for grilling out and a washer and dryer are available to use in the basement.
