Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms. - Maximum occupancy of 7, sleeps 7 (1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and 1 Triple Bunk Bed)- Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please contact us for approval. - This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home like many in the area, is not equipped with A/C.- Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
