This home features a dock with boating accommodations, a firepit, Wi-Fi, Hulu Live, and a propane grill just to name a few amenities. The house will offer one window A/C unit downstairs and one window A/C will be upstairs. Bedroom #1- first floor, Queen bed. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom #2 Queen, Bedroom #3 Double, Bedroom #4 Double. **This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is great for families and friends to get together, but no large groups or reunion type parties are allowed at the property. Rental occupancy is not to exceed the accommodation limit of 8 people.
