Tremendous estate in charming Ferris, Texas with private lake & personal dock!!! This marvelous estate in Ferris offers a tranquil retreat for guests. With 8 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, and 2 full beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 10 bathrooms feature luxurious amenities, some include shower, bidet, and bathtub. Most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with two sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom, another shares a bathroom with the upper sitting area. Downstairs: 1. Master -King with attached Full bathroom with double shower, bathtub and his/hers private bathrooms 2. King with bathroom/shower Hallway bathroom toilet only and bar bathroom with shower Upstairs: 3. Queen with bathroom/shower 4. Queen with bathroom/shower/tub 5/6. 2 Full bedrooms with sharing Jack & Jill bathroom with shower 7. Queen - bathroom across hallway shared with sitting room 8. Queen Boathouse: 9/10. 2- Queen beds with bathroom/showerThere is a huge living area downstairs and a large sitting area upstairs both with a huge comfy couch if needed for extra space for guest who don’t require much privacy. Another asset of this estate is the bar room with an attached bathroom, sliding door to the patio, pool table and plenty of room for conversations and games. The back patio with stunning lake views has its own fire place, plenty of patio furniture and built in grill/smoker. Down the path to the lake you will find the boat house, upstairs is equipped with two of the queen beds, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting area, and patio. On the boat dock there are patio chairs, fish cleaning station and small kitchen and table inside on the lower level. There is also watercraft consisting of a pontoon that can be rented at an additional charge for a great time to enjoy the lake at its best. Contact renter for fees for pontoon rental). Some fishing equipment such as poles are available for use as well. Whether you're relaxing in the AC, enjoying the fireplace on the back patio, or having fun in the sun on your own private lake this wonderful property has everything you need for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Catch some racing at Xtreme Raceway Park just 5 miles away, run into Ennis for food and shopping just 15 miles away or go visit all the things Dallas has to offer just 30 miles away. What a great place to stay and chill tucked away to yourself with private gates or go visit neighboring cities and enjoy the city life.
