SUPERB COTTAGE, + LUXURY Pontoon Boat @ $100.00/DAY Superb Lake Home with a world class lake view, with a first class dock, plus 1st class pontoon boat for only $100.00 /day for my guests to rent. Sandy beach, good fishing in deep clean cedar lake. Cedar lake is one of the finest, cleanest, deepest lakes in Minnesota. This lake home has three bedrooms, one full bath, PLUS half bath in the master bedroom. It is equipped with direct TV in the media room with HD big screen TV, There is all new leather furniture throughout. This lovely year round lake home also has central heat and central air conditioning. There is a wonderful stone fireplace in the family room. There is a twenty five foot long screened porch facing the lake with an unobstructed view of this gorgeous lake. There is also a beautiful rose garden. This is a very quiet high end family type neighborhood so I prefer to rent to families or couples. Sorry but I do not rent out for bachelor parties, wedding parties, or to noisy groups of hell raisers. I need to respect this wonderful high end neighborhood. NOTE: ASK ME ABOUT THE REDUCED RATES WHICH BEGINS SEPT. 1st THROUGH NOV 1st. THANK YOU.
