This getaway is a the ultimate private retreat with over1 acres of land, a private sand beach, and 2 private docks. There is plenty of space for everyone with 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and 3 large seating areas -- a sunroom overlooking the lake, a living room, a family room and a gaming area. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and microwave with laundry on site. Free use of kayaks. 40 horsepower 18' pontoon with 4-stroke engine available for rental as well. If you’re looking for other adventures, the local flea market 5 miles away, every Saturday morning, and there is a local bait store nearby including groceries, fishing licenses, tackle and video rentals. Home has been upgraded to include: new beds/bedding, new furniture, new refridgerator & dishwasher, & new upper level shower surround. Guest cabin (2 bedrooms/1 bath) is also on site and is rented separately from the main home. Outdoor space is common area, but each home is entirely private with separate entrances.
