Clearwater Lake- Modern Cabin- Sauna, Kayaks and Paddle Board! * 7-NIGHT MINIMUM JUNE -AUGUST * 2-NIGHT MINIMUM SEPT- MAY (Fall* Winter* Spring) This Beautifully renovated Modern Cabin is located on the east side of Clearwater Lake, near Annandale, MN. The main floor has an open kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. The dining room table seats eight, (with addition seating for 2 at bar.) The living area has two sofas, TV and a gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed, there is a twin over full bunk bed in the lower level bedroom. All the bedrooms have wonderful views of the lake. There are 2 new bathrooms with showers.The boat house is considered the 4th bedroom. It is separate from the main cabin. It has a king bed and gas fireplace. There is an extra fee of $50 per night to rent the boat house. (if more than 8 guests, you must rent the boat house)The level lot has two great outdoor spaces to enjoy the view of the lake. A fire pit area with 6 Adirondack chairs and a patio area with 6 more Adirondack chairs and outdoor coffee table. The side yard has enough room to play yard games like bocce ball or bean bag toss. There is also a basketball hoop in the parking area. The front porch deck has seating for 4 and a propane grill.There is a 32' dock for your boat or pontoon. Two kayaks, a paddle board, swim floats and life jackets are available during your stay. All the comforts of home on the Lake!** 7 night minimum June through August, ** 2 night minimum Fall, Winter, and Spring
