Guests clean up poop onsite is required. Our other concern is potential damage to the property from pets. If your pet tends to chew things or is a bit destructive we require any damage caused to be repaired or replaced by the guest. 2 pet maximum per stay unless discussed before booking. Thank you. :o)Land was purchased in 2008. We have had the pleasure of raising our 2 beautiful daughters playing on the Neversink River. I decided to build a campsite after being approached by a few guys from Brooklyn, looking for a place to camp while stopping at our family yard sale. They loved the location and came back a second time. It became obvious we had something special at this location. The site is continuing to grow and we are working on new accommodations to keep things interesting! We hope you consider coming to visit us!When we are available, we greet each guest to help get their gear down to the river with our John Deere Gator UTV. We offer the same help during checkout getting the guests gear back to their vehicle. We live onsite but far enough away from the campsite allowing the privacy for our guests.
