You will be assigned an available suite, all of which are recently renovated and near identical.Coin laundry is the only thing that is shared but you can expect that you may not even see anyone else when doing laundry. All else [with the exception of the main entry to the building, though the door to your apartment suite is indeed private.]The entry to your apartment suite is private, and all else within your apartment suite is private.The building is monitored by audio/video surveillance [in common areas only.]This is a secure, quiet building primarily housing traveling professionals. It is Not at all ideal for partying and is most ideal for a single traveler or couple.Because we are near a hospital, sirens may be heard periodically but should have no interference on your rest no matter the time of day or night you choose to sleep.We may have listings on other platforms. If additional nearby accommodation may be needed you can simply let us know your budget for the duration of your stay along with dates, amount of people and once we CONFIRM Availability of any additional unit(s) you can go ahead and book this unit with us here and we can handle additional accommodations later once contact information is visible [after you've booked.] *For the health and safety of our family, staff and guests, we absolutely Do Not allow pet(s,) animal(s,) smoking, e-cigarette, vaping nor drugs.
