Ceramic tiled entry and bathroom, walk in shower and separate claw foot tub on lower level. Walk out basement with direct access to trail system. Newly landscaped with large lawn area. Home was completely gutted with brand new electrical, plumbing & heating systems installed. Spray foam insulation was added to be energy efficient and eliminate outside noise. We added central air-conditioning, in time for summer heat waves. We are connected to WI FI.Note: After the spring flooding on nearby ATV and snowmobile trails, we are happy to let you know that the trails have reopened in Finland and all the way toward Ely. Work is still being done on trails around Silver Bay. 😌😊
